Pam Klugman is the Vice President of Clear Vision Information Systems (CVIS), providing IT and consulting services for Health Plans relative to Risk Adjustment. Ms. Klugman has over 20 years of experience in health care working with Providers and Health Plans. Prior to forming CVIS, Ms. Klugman spent 14 years at Blue Shield of California. During the last 7 years she lead the Risk Adjustment Team, receiving recognition from CMS for ‘Best Practices’. While managing the team at Blue Shield of California, Ms. Klugman lead risk adjustment system enhancement projects, developed educational materials for providers and actively participated with CMS. Ms. Klugman is one of the original members of ICE and has been the Co-Chair of the ICE RADAR Team for the past several years.
